What’s awesome about living in Singapore is its close proximity to lush tropical islands around Southeast Asia, and one great example is Batam, the closest neighbor of Singapore. This Indonesian Island is only 35-50min away by Ferry.
Turi Beach by Nongsa Resorts is a place where relaxing atmosphere is all around. With its private beach and SPA you can truly give yourself well deserved guilt free me-time. Accommodation in double room, twin-bed with sea view, with breakfast is provided.

We will have relatively small group from 6 to 20 people. It’s not a mass event. It’s a life changing experience for those who love themselves, who are ready to train and transform their mind-set.

DAILY PLAN

Every day you will Train Body & Mind but also you will have free time and then you are the boss – Deciding what’s the best way for you to chillout
You are the boss so Chill Out. You can dive-in and chill in the swimming pool, catch up on reading books or simply work on your suntan as much as you like. Taking advantage of the extra options you can indulge yourself with massage in the SPA (oooh yes, we do recommend it!) or spend time on the beach. Just make sure you don’t plan too much, remember it’s time to chill and do nothing.

FIT

Do I have to be fit to take part in the retreat?

Not at all. We have designed the workouts to be enjoyable for every level of fit lovers and fit haters.

Is it obligatory to attend both Yoga and Fitness sessions?

We do recommend it, as it’s part of the holistic body & mind training. Yoga will increase awareness of body movement with its slow and gentle highlight toward stability and flexibility. Fitness workouts are replacing traditional cardio and strength trainings allowing you to explore comfort line and boost the endorphins’ level.

PAYMENT

Can I pay in installments?

Sure, there is a possibility to pay for the retreat in 3 installments and to keep it simple we do not add commission.

1st installment equals 20% of total price – when you sign up

2nd installment equals 30% of total price – until 30th of April 2018

3rd installment equals 50% of total price – until 18th of May 2018

What are the payment options?

You can pay via PayPal (+3,4% of PayPal fee) of Bank Transfer

TRAVEL

Why Ferry tickets are not included in the price?

This is because the participants come from all over the world, and ticket prices vary according to the date of purchase.

Do I need to have Visa?

That depends on your nationality and country of entrance’ requirements. Please make sure you check it before the trip and make sure your passport is valid for minimum 6 months after the retreat ends.

ACCOMODATION & FOOD

In what room will I stay if I go alone?

The accommodation is in double rooms with twin-beds. Although if you would prefer to stay in single-bed room we will check what is possible to arrange and inform you about the extra cost of that.

What if I have special nutritional needs?

Just let us know about it when you fill out Terms & Conditions form. Usually the cook can prepare vegan and gluten free meals for you. We are also open to other types of diets. Having all information in advance we will make sure you will get yummy and healthy food every single day.
