The Slow Life workshop is a lifetime experience, starting with 6 days of group coaching but continuing to be your lifestyle and new personal development path. You will be under the wings of a qualified psychologist and life coach – Beata Justkowiak.

RELAX

Finding what causes stress, fatigue, boredom and demotivation will help you not only experiment with solutions but also implement them. We will learn to breathe, see and feel again, to replace sluggish laziness with healthy relaxation. Chillout is the goal.
