Fit Chillout together with Slow Life workshop will help you create a solution for your problems and find ways for the realization of the objectives set. We designed a fusion of body and mind training so that you can experience your life at its best again.

Body

Starting each day with yoga you will wake up your desire to explore the mysteries of the mind. Then during group workouts your body will have an option to get rid of excessive stoppers and burn some calories. Show your body that it can work together with your mind, be synchronized despite the tiredness, pain or limitations (well known excuses).

MIND

The Slow Life workshop is a lifetime experience, starting with 6 days of group coaching but continuing to be your lifestyle and new personal development path. You will be under the wings of a qualified psychologist and life coach – Beata Justkowiak.

RELAX

Finding what causes stress, fatigue, boredom and demotivation will help you not only experiment with solutions but also implement them. We will learn to breathe, see and feel again, to replace sluggish laziness with healthy relaxation. Chillout is the goal.
